Gavin Montgomery is a young (25 year old) dynamic leader with a passion for helping others. He is a public speaker, business professional, husband, son, brother, entrepreneur, and visionary with a determination to positively effect change in the world. Gavin played 4 years of division 1 basketball at the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff where he graduated in 2012 with a degree in Mass Communication. During his 4 year stay at UAPB Gavin was a part of the best team in SWAC history and was instrumental in capturing the first championship in school history going on to lose in the NCAA tournament to the eventual champions The Duke Bluedevils. Since college Gavin has followed his dreams to help others by creating Epic Conversations (epicconvos.com), a revolutionary tool utilizing music and positive messages challenging  people to think and change their lives for the better.  Gavin got married to his wife Fallon Montgomery in Aug. of 2012. Their relationship serves as a testimony  that young couples can be happy and committed. Gavin believes that a blessing isn't a blessing until you can share it with others and is committed to leaving the word a better place than he found it. Kevin Lott, public speaker, entrepreneur, and youth activist, is a former Division I collegiate athlete and graduate of Georgia State University located in Atlanta, GA, where he played basketball for the Georgia State Men’s Basketball team from 2006 – 2010. After graduating from GSU and the completion of his collegiate basketball career, he realized that he did not maximize his full potential during his basketball career and wondered how many other people have waited until something was over in their life to recognize that they could have done more to be GREAT. Kevin began developing a strong passion for inspiring others and assisting them to live up to their full potential. Kevin’s charismatic straight from the heart, high energy, passionate message motivates and engages all audiences to step into their greatness. Kevin provides them with the motivation to take the next step toward living their dream. Kevin is engaged to the love of his life and best friend Sheryn Thompson. She is his support system and constantly pushes him to be the man he was born to be. Kevin is the youngest (25 years old) of 3 children ( Mom: Barbara Lott, Dad: Richard Lott,Sister: Ashley Lott brother: Richard Lott Jr.)
